Wincor AutoTell, LLC specializes in the development of applications and complementary management tools for the domestic and international self-service industries. We began as a privately owned company established in 1994. In 2000, our longtime partner Wincor Nixdorf acquired a majority stake in our company. The acquisition combines AutoTell System's software development and support expertise with Wincor Nixdorf's software and hardware platforms, resulting in "best in class" products and solutions. Our solutions are based on Wincor Nixdorf's ProClassic architecture, which adheres to the latest open standards and provides vendor independence.

In addition to software development services, Wincor AutoTell provides support and services to Wincor Nixdorf customers in the Western Hemisphere.

Products and Services

Via AT-Link and AT-Web, we offer web capable native ATM application environments running on the Windows NT platform. These allow Wincor Nixdorf ATMs to seamlessly emulate other vendor's ATMs, providing you with the ability to run well-known ATM protocols on the most reliable hardware platforms while at the same time allowing access to internet and intranet servers for custom transactions.

AT-Link is particularly powerful in terms of its flexibility (scripting language, communications options), multimedia support (advertising), security, diagnostics and system management features.

AT-Convert is a Windows NT-based dial-up/leased-line protocol converter. It allows dial-up ATMs to appear as leased-line NDC/DDC devices on an ATM network.

AutoTell View (ATV) provides a comprehensive set of remote management functions, including alerts, paging, software distribution, remote diagnostics, remote end-of-day reconciliation and report generation. ATV consists of a Windows NT or Windows 2000 based management console working in conjunction with management agents residing on each self-service device.

Custom Application Development

Since its inception, Wincor AutoTell has developed numerous custom solutions for the banking and off-premise segments of the self-service industry. Example include native application runtime environments, various message and communications protocols, installation/configuration utilities, coupon and alternate media dispensing, custom maintenance and operator functionality, and video conferencing solutions. Through the use of application development tools such as AT-Link, Wincor AutoTell is able to rapidly deliver reliable customized self-service solutions.

Support

Under our AT-Serv program, expert Wincor AutoTell support staff monitor your Wincor Nixdorf ATMs. Through the use of ATV, our support staff is automatically notified of any issues that arise at each ATM. Once informed of an issue, the support staff is able to remotely run diagnostics, upload log and trace files, download software changes, and reboot the self-service device. Daily activity reports for each ATM are also available.
