AutoTell View consists of management software running on Windows NT or Windows 2000 working in conjunction with specialized agent software running on Wincor Nixdorf ATMs.

An Intuitive user interface provides flexibility to product customized views of your ATM environment according to user specified criteria such as machine locations and keywords.

Alerts from each ATM can be directed to the ATV management interface. Icons representing each self-service device are animated (change in color) to represent the severity level of the most significant outstanding alert.

Flexible configuration parameters allow for automated notification of support personnel via an alphanumeric pager or electronic mail.

Download new graphics/advertisements and application updates and automatically cutover according to a pre-defined schedule. You can also upload files from the ATM to the management console.

The console can periodically poll the ATMs for status and statistics collection based upon a predefined schedule.

The console can perform remote diagnostics tests against each of the key hardware components in the ATM (e.g., cash dispenser, printers, and card reader). The results of the tests are uploaded to the console for display to the operator. The console can display the current operational status of the machine ("in service", "out of service") as well as the machine's uptime percentages for the past day, week, and month. The console can remotely reboot the ATM. A command line interface is provided to remotely execute commands at the ATM.

A secure handshake between the ATM and the management software protects against unauthorized access. The ATV management console is also password protected.
